Question by : What is the best teeth whitening toothpaste?
I have somewhat white teeth but they could be better. I want to know what is the best toothpaste that makes your teeth whiter. What I am using now doesn’t do much for me. It is ” Crest Whitening Expressions”. I have been using it for months now and nothing has changed. I brush my teeth twice a day and still, nothing.
So what is the best toothpaste for whitening teeth. Also is there anything else I can do to make them whiter. Use mouthwash or what?

Answer by Jen I’ve tried the strips too, and they’ve never worked for me. I had bad stains from not brushing enough when I had braces as a kid, and pretty much nothing would take those stains away. I finally came across Rembrandt: Intense Stain. It’s an expensive toothpaste, but it WORKS. After just 2 weeks I noticed my teeth getting significantly whiter. My family have even started noticing how much brighter my teeth look. Believe me, it’s worth the cost. I try to brush at least 3x a day and floss 2x along with mouthwash 2x. It sounds like a lot of work, but I really wanted to get rid of the stains so I brushed a lot. The more you brush, the faster your teeth will whiten.

Question by jenessa: Some good teeth whitening home remedies that work fast?
I have recently found that i cannot use the normal mouthwash and the type that says whitening anywhere on it because an ingredient in it causes my throat to swell. So i was wondering if there are any teeth whitening remedies that i can use or homemade mouthwash seeing as i cant use the storebrands. Please no rude comments, and yes i do brush my teeth 3 times a day 5 min each.

Answer by Kate+Josh okay first you need to get tooth paste (im sure you have some)
get baking soda ( ask your parents)
mix the soda(baking soda) into the paste (tooth paste)
after a couple brushes you can see that you teeth is whiter.
and you can barley taste the baking soda in the paste.
make sure you rinse out just like what you would do when you brush your teeth.
Question by : Is laser teeth whitening better at making the teeth white as compared to the trays?
I had the trays once but they didnt make the entire tooth white, as if the product didnt cover the entire tooth, it wasnt uniform. will the laser (i think its laser), the one time whitening be better at making the teeth all white?

Question by Suresh P: How to finance investment property with almost zero down?
I own two condos one, I live the other I am renting out. Both dont have any equity yet. I already have 51% debt to income. I can still afford MXM 5K down including closing costs and tax prepayments. My interest is to buy foreclosures and sell after ~2 yrs. I am aiming at high end units that can currently be bought at ~200K but will apraise to ~350 in about 6mos. Is there a way to find finance in this situation.

Answer by satarnag get a team of people who have money to finance this deal and split the profits. Hard money lenders will lend up to 65% of the appraised value. However, I worked with some that based the loan on the property itself as I am very sharp into finding good deals and have built a trusting relationship with them.
You could also control the property by having a 6 month purchase option contract on that property and then assign your rights to a retail buyer or other investor.
Trust me, if you can find deals like that, finding the money is easy.
